Who is responsible

Yew LLC operates zenners.gg and is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: biz@yew.gg.

What we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Whop we receive your Whop user id, username, display name, avatar and — if you grant it — email address. We also receive your membership status and renewal date so we can gate access and show billing state.
• Setup profile. The console, controller, games, experience level and notes you give during onboarding or in Settings. This is optional and exists only to make the assistant's answers fit your setup.
• Chats and scripts. Your messages, the assistant's replies, images you attach, and every script and version saved to your library.
• Usage. Per-request usage amounts (tokens, searches, uploads) and the credit ledger for top-ups, so we can meter your allowance and show it on the Usage page.
• Technical. IP address and request metadata in server logs and rate-limit counters, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention. Standard, privacy-respecting web analytics (page views, referrers, country) without cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not collect payment card details — Whop handles payment and shares only the outcome with us.

How we use it

• To run the product: sign you in, build and store scripts, email them to you when you ask, meter usage.
• To generate replies: your conversation (and setup profile) is sent to our AI provider so the model can answer.
• To keep the service working and safe: rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, debugging.
• To talk to you about your account — receipts and membership events come from Whop; we may email you about material changes to the service or these policies.

We don't sell personal data and we don't run ad networks on zenners.gg.

Who we share it with

• Whop — sign-in, membership and payments.
• Anthropic— the AI provider that generates replies. Conversation content is processed under their commercial API terms, which don't permit training on customer data. When the assistant searches the web, the search query is sent to the same provider's search tool.
• Vercel — hosting, file storage for attached images, analytics and performance monitoring.
• Neon — the database that stores accounts, chats, scripts and usage.
• Resend— sends the "email me this script" messages.

These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of members or the service.

Public script pages

If you publish a script, its public page shows the script name, description, game, tunables and a generated preview — never the code, and never your name or email unless you add them yourself. Unpublishing removes the page from the site and sitemap; search engines may take time to catch up.

Cookies

We use one first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived cookie during sign-in itself. Analytics runs without tracking cookies. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

• Chats, scripts and profile: until you delete them or your account.
• Usage and credit records: kept for accounting after account deletion, without your name, email or content.
• Server logs and rate-limit counters: days, not months.
• Uploaded images: until the chat containing them is deleted.

Your rights

You can see and edit your setup profile in Settings, download every script in your library, and delete your whole account from Settings → Delete account, which removes chats, scripts and profile immediately. You can also email us to access, correct, export or delete your data; we respond within 30 days.

If you live in the EU/UK you have the rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents have the CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete and opt out of sale — we don't sell personal information.

Children

Zenners is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has an account, email us and we'll remove it.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new date, and tell you by email or in the app if the change is material. See also our Terms of Service.
