Step-by-Step

Unplug the top of the Cronus Zen if anything is connected there, then plug your controller into the left-side port on top of the Cronus Zen. This is the only cable that should be in the device at this point.
Turn on your controller by holding down the PlayStation button until the light bar activates.
Open PS5 Settings, scroll down to Accessories, and tap into it.
Go to Advanced Settings and confirm the screen reads "Turn Off Bluetooth" — it should match this exactly.
Go back and navigate to Controller (General). Set the Communication Method to Use USB Cable.
Now go to Turn Off Accessories and hover your cursor over your controller — but do not confirm yet.
